It was a great experience at Pro lifeset Overseas. My VISA was not processed because of some error in filing at my first place, which i got to know after one month. There was very little time for my travel and I talked to Mr Sherbir Singh of Prolife set, who gives me the hope and filed my VISA application in a systematic manner. I got the VISA well in advance. I had a really good experience with this agency while applying for my Russian visa. My passport had been damaged, so I had to get a new passport and then apply for a fresh visa. Since the entire process was handled through courier, I was initially worried about whether everything was genuine. But the team patiently shared all the required proofs and kept me updated, which gave me confidence. During the visa process, the Russian Visa Centre raised several issues over small document details like my HIV report and invitation letter, because of which my application wasn't getting accepted. I was extremely nervous, but the agency stayed with me throughout the process and helped resolve every issue. There was also an unexpected additional fee asked by the visa centre, which neither I nor the agency had been informed about beforehand. Since I had specifically confirmed earlier that there would be no hidden charges, the agency handled the situation very fairly and even shared the extra cost with me instead of leaving me to manage it alone. They are very supportive, respond to queries promptly, and genuinely try to help their clients. I had a bad experience with an online agency in the past, so I was hesitant at first, but choosing this agency turned out to be the right decision. I'm truly grateful for all their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone applying for a Russian visa. Thank you so much for making such a stressful process much easier! 😊

Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited is a registered Indian company (CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508) licensed by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013: Form-II licence 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, valid until 22 July 2029. It is run by its two directors, Narinderpal Singh Chahal and Sherbir Singh Grewal, from one office you can walk into.

Visa approval is the embassy’s decision and nobody can guarantee it. If the visa is refused, our consultancy fee (including GST) is refunded under the published Refund Policy, whoever was at fault — ask within 30 days of the decision. Embassy, VFS and other third-party fees are paid to them, not to us, and cannot be refunded by us.
